    Informare cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal

    Datele personale puse la dispozitie de dvs. pentru a candida la aceasta pozitie vor fi prelucrate de BIA HR in scopul identificarii candidatilor potriviti. Datele nu vor fi comunicate altor entitati, cu exceptia clientului pentru care BIA HR desfasoara procesul de recrutare. Candidatii vor fi informati de catre personalul BIA HR care este domeniul in care clientul isi desfasoara activitatea, cat si identitatea clientului, in masura in care aceasta nu a fost explicitata in anuntul de recrutare.
    Dupa finalizarea proiectului de recrutare, avand in vedere faptul ca BIA HR este o companie de recrutare, care isi poate derula activitatea doar daca detine o baza de date de potentiali candidati, urmatoarele date personale vor fi pastrate in baza noastra de date, pentru a va tine la curent cu viitoarele pozitii ce se potrivesc profilului dumneavoastra.

    Cerinte

    For our client, a multinational company acting in Medical industry, we are recruiting a Financial Controller.

    CERINTE:

    -Able to contribute both independently and as part of a team and feel as a team player with excellent communication skills and a precise, structured way of working;
    -Successfully completed university studies of business administration with majors Finance, Accounting, Controlling;
    -At least 3-5 years of experience in a Finance department of an international group, or from a Big4-Audit firm;
    -Fluent English skills, second foreign language relevant for Amethyst appreciated;
    -Very good people skills;
    -Experience in an international and dynamic environment;
    -Very good IT-skills (MS Office), Unit4 preferred, strong technical knowhow and feel familiar with data processing;
    -IFRS-knowledge is a plus;

    Responsabilitati

    -Compilation and consolidation of monthly management reportings;
    -Support in and develop further the monthly closing process;
    -Continuous Improvement of effective Finance and Admin processes;
    -Assisting in the preparation of relevant decision papers for strategic and financial decisions on Group level;
    -Primary contact person and Coordinating the relationship with , tax advisors, local banksetc.;
    -Support of the local Management Teams;
    -Maintaining State of the Art Controlling- and Finance processes;
    -Conduct ad hoc analysis and deepdives on center’s operative and financial performance;
    -Implementation and maintaining of Unit4 as the Group’s accounting / reporting software;
    -Organization, Coordination and preparation of the country’s budget, forecasts and long-range plan processes;
    -Ensuring the compliance with tax and corporate law requirements (together with the respective tax advisor);
    -Liquidity management;
    -Maintaining good working relationships with all internal and external customers and business partners;
    -Initiation and execution of improvement projects;
