    This role is part of Global Sales Operations team, a division of Operations Group. The mission of Sales Operations is to provide consistent and proactive support to sales leadership to drive an efficient sales cycle and improved performance. The group is led by Senior Director, Global Sales Operations. The deliverables of this team will receive visibility at the senior leadership level of the company, as such this is a chance to help guide and inform the direction of a growing software company.

    Responsibilities

    o Manage a consistent, timely, E2E forecast cadence across regions
    o Manage the opportunity pipeline, ensuring velocity, quality, and coverage
    o Develop and execute sales analysis activities that are aligned with Veeam strategies
    o Analyse the performance of the Renewals organisation throughout the renewal process to identify areas of concern and best practices. Use this analysis to provide feedback and areas of focus to improve performance
    o Track and report on operational metrics that impact Renewals performance
    o Analyse and communicate the sales performance of, e.g. specific accounts, market segments, product mix, etc.
    o Provide Renewals information and analysis to support Renewals management
    o Guide automation process of tools that support pipeline and forecast management
    o Support to strategic initiatives by providing business monitoring of progress and ensuring alignment within the Renewals organisation
    o Partner to leadership on QBRs
    o Subject Matter Expert for salesforce.com and all sales related tools
    o Consolidate, review and submit spiffs, awards and adjustments to regional compensation leads
    o Manage Renewal performance adjustments partnering with eco system on approvals

    Requirements

    • Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making
    • Significant data analytics, reporting and interpretation experience to support sales operations
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal
    • Effective organizational, time management skills
    • Execution-oriented
    • Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
    • Strong business and financial acumen
    • Fluent English, additional languages is a plus but not required
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SalesForce.com
    • Experience using BI applications is a plus but not required
