    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years work experience in finance, controlling or accounting
    • University Degree or equivalent in Economic, Finance or Accounting
    • Good MS Office knowledge
    • SAP experience or another ERP system
    • Fluency in English
    • Personality: trustworthy, responsible, problem-solving oriented, proactive, teamplayer, organized, analytical thinking, attention to details, communicative, accurate, capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines, fast learner and ability to also work independently, continuous improvement mindset 

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the Month End Closing activities of the trial balance and the monthly accounts, reconciliations and specific controls (assist in period end close duties including journal posting, reconciliations);
    • Prepare the monthly inter-company reconciliations and intra-group balances;
    • Retrieve and consolidate data from ERP systems, perform checks for accuracy and prove understanding of financial performances;
    • Creation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting packages for local and for group (preparation of monthly balance sheet (B/S), profit and loss (P&L), off balance sheet and annexes);
    • Assist with preparation of capital spending requests, management of spending, updated spending forecasts and project status updates;
    • Provide assistance with internal and external audit requirements;
    • Coordinating with head office on accounting and finance issues.
