    Cerinte

    Minimum 3-year experience of working in commercial roles, likely to have been within Sales, Procurement, or Supply Chain. Experience in real estate or logistics would be an advantage.
    Desire and interest in Commercial Real Estate.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet Research.
    Innovation and strong problem-solving skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
    Excellent client service mindset and attitude.

    Responsabilitati


    Learning and understanding the designated area’s: industrial & logistic real estate market and relocation of office spaces;
    Calling potential tenants to build relationships, understand their requirements, qualify their affordability and carry out viewings to help find them a suitable space (industrial office building);
    Building and maintaining relationships with local owners in the designated area;
    Ability to identify and access opportunities with the designated market segment;
    Contribute to property, tenant, and market analysis/research projects.
