    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    We are currently recruiting amazing, native or near native German speaking Customer Service Representatives for one of our biggest clients.

    If you are/ you have:
    Native or near native knowledge of German language with excellent skills both in writing and speaking.
    Experience with working in a customer service environment.
    Able to work from our office in Sibiu and in a hybrid system as well
    Able to listen, connect and solve the problems of our customers
    Able to quickly adapt to change with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
    A friendly attitude and you are proactively involved in assuring the happiness of the customers.
    A fast thinker and have the ability to resolve situations as they come on the spot with focus on attention to details
    Respect for the company s rules and regulations regarding the handling of data
    A good knowledge of IT programs as well as fast fingers for typing
