You must have

University degree;
English – advanced.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements;
Working closely with other department like Payroll, Finance, Staffing, Onboarding, C&B, Government Relations
Making sure that all the steps of the exit are being followed;
Report analysis;
Invoicing for benefits;
Distribution of benefits;
Responsible for all leaves administration such as and not limited to: status (maternity, paternity), unpaid leave
