Job Summary:
1. To implement the regional annual training plan as directed by the brand
guidelines and objectives in pharmaceutical an perfumery channels
2. To deliver field coaching to Pharmacists, Beauty Advisors, and Local Staff
in order to grow sales profit, increase market share and enhance the
brand image
Responsibilities:
 To perform local training (live and on-line) to Pharmacists, Beauty
Consultants and to Local Staff of pharmacies and perfumeries
 Planning and organizing the trainings and expenses accordingly with the
assigned budget
 To actively observe the customers’ purchase behaviors
 To coach the Beauty Advisor at POS (point of sales) to ensure the
information on products are updated
 Cooperation with Marketing department regarding the appropriate display
