    Requirements

    You will be committed to continuous improvement and driving standard methodologies, and will collaborate with the Infrastructure Delivery Manager.

    The role will involve working with a diverse set of stakeholders to support, maintain and develop the DevOps tool stack, consisting of Jira, Confluence, GitLab, TestRail, etc , handling lifecycle of both new and existing services and systems for Ericsson globally.

    Responsibilities

    As part of the role, you will be required to:

    Design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools, primarily JIRA;

    Design and support custom JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports;

    Design and implement new Jira Projects Migrating data between environments;

    Be responsible for LCM: maintenance and patching of the tooling in support, ensuring overall security of the solutions;

    Migration of Jira Projects from legacy instances to the global environment;

    Understand AWS concepts, and be actively involved in testing of underlying infrastructure changes affecting tooling in support;

    Troubleshooting Jira/Confluence tickets;

    Establish and promote standard methodologies for the usage of Atlassian tools;

    Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine Licensing needs, perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins;

    Help, guide and maintain the organization of data in Atlassian tools;

    Perform performance/cost analysis and configuration optimization.

    Relevant Experience:
    We are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate:

    Good experience with Atlassian Tools

    Broad understanding and exposure to various ITIL based tools

    Knowledge and experience of Linux and AWS.

    Experience of automation using Atlassian automation

    Demonstrable experience in creating and managing user documentation

    Excellent communicator - both written and verbal


    Beneficial Experience:
    Additionally, experience in configuration of WAF in AWS would be beneficial
