With these skills you are a great candidate:
• Multi-year experience working in Telco or IT industry
• Detailed understanding of mobile access protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, RANAP).
• Knowledge about 2nd level trouble shooting in RAN environment
• Good knowledge of mobile network architectures 2G/4G/5G, VoLTE, NB IoT with experience in main vendors technologies (Huawei, Ericsson, SIAE)
• Excellent team working skills
• Independent self-management
• Good communication skills
• English (spoken and written)
• German (spoken and written or intend to improve and learn)
• University degree: faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology
• Scripting knowledge (Linux, Python, Ansible) desirable.

Your day to day:
• 2nd Line Operations of RAN system Platforms in a multi-vendor environment.
• Preventive maintenance and problem management in radio access network to ensuring network quality and service availability.
• In collaboration with DNOC operation departments to implement procedures and strategies to guarantee best operation practices. High focus on network stability and optimization of interworking processes. Operation responsibility for whole radio access network.

• In case of major incident, organize and coordinate trouble shooting task forces.
• Request and share RAN software deliveries in considering of Change Management perspectives.
• Manage vendor support interfaces, problem escalations and SLA measurements.
• Definition and reaction of service and performance relevant network KPI´s.
• Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and constantly optimize the network, e.g. Daily Walkthroughs and Health checks for RAN system components.
• Assure planned work activities and upgrade of RAN system components. Onboarding and implementation of Service requests ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on functionalities.
• Review, analyse and optimize integration and implementation processes in life network to fulfil best operation stability.
