• Communication skills- you will need to be a good communicator as you will talk to both clients and candidates and making around 50-60 calls per day
• Optimistic and determined- you will have an optimistic mind-set and you will stay resilient so this way you can develop yourself and make more money
• German speakers - you will need to be proficient in German as you will communicate with candidates and clients

• Talk to clients and candidates - communication will be either written or spoken as it is a sales role so will include looking for the perfect candidate or chasing clients for the different roles that you are working on
• Market development- you will be focused on a specific market so you will make some research in order to understand its requirements and this way to connect with more and more people so you can achieve your targets
• Advertising- you will need to find new candidates for the roles that you are working on in different creative ways so you can get results
