    Job description

    • Prepare and distribute various reports for management and authorities;
    • Review, analyze, and verify payroll reports and make necessary adjustments through established procedures;
    • Collecting data on payroll outputs, implementing and monitoring relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce;
    • Implementing and monitoring correct allocation on internal salary grids;
    • Managing salary structure creation and maintenance;
    • Analyzing positions to ascertain the scope of employee responsibilities and requirements;
    • Analyzing and interpreting the company's remuneration programs.
    • Analyzing HR data coming from external market practice and present to the line manager;
    • Optimizing and implementing with the team new data processes and HR systems.
    • Compiling reports of data results for management team;
    • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken;
    • Ensure that relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation;
    Requirements
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a post with similar responsibilities;
    • University degree – accounting/business or similar relevant field;
    • Knowledge of the Labor Code;
    • Advanced knowledge of English is a plus;
    • Ability to adapt to various social environments;
    • Proactive, positive attitude and dynamism;
    • Knowledge of general  payroll best practices; 
    • Hands on experience with relevant software (e.g. Colorful HR ) and databases is an advantage;
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
