In 2022 Decor Floor is ready for a new chapter. After almost two decades of presence on the flooring market in Romania, the company is expanding its services and products portfolio targeting to become one of the top players in the fit-out segment.


The new name focuses on the power of community raised in the first 17 years of presence on the Romanian market.

- University studies - marketing or communication represent a plus
- Passionate about marketing & communications
- At least 1 year previous experience in Marketing
- Excellent writing and communication skills with English proficiency
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open, proactive and a team player

Responsibilities:
- Contribute with creative content for brochures, printed materials and presentations
- Internal communication: conduct the implementation of internal corporate branding (internal events, team buildings, team meetings and company events)
- External communication: implements events according to the Marketing Plan (networking events, workshops, round table discussions and private events)
- Manage travel arrangements/appointments
- Track stocks of samples and place orders when necessary
- Keep up to date on the samples inventory, in collaboration with the Procurement department
- Edit and publish articles for the website and social media accounts
- Implement the merchandise branding (personal protective equipment, stationery, business cards, banners, etc)
- When necessary, takes over office administration responsibilities
