    Requirements

    Job requirements:
    • Experience in HR related project management (e.g. skill transformation projects, standardizing job descriptions across multinational legal entities, planning and coordinating training initiatives, etc.) incl. experience in project planning, execution and closure with regular progress reporting
    • Experience in HR related reporting and controlling (e.g. vacancy and workforce, training activities, skill pools, career paths, etc.)
    • Experience in working in a globally distributed organization
    • Ability to handle / prioritize multiple projects / initiatives / reporting
    • Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with (reporting) dashboards
    • Good interpersonal communication, focused, organized, attentive to details, reliable and thorough
    in documenting and (proactive) tracking
    • Proactive mindset and result oriented
    • English skills – advanced

    Responsibilities

    What you will do:
    • You will assume a global (80-90%) and a local role (10-20%)
    • Global role (reporting to Global Head of Digitalization & Transformation):
    • Drive skill & culture transformation for IT worldwide
    • Standardize job descriptions worldwide
    • Design and follow up career paths for global IT employees
    • Coordinate, track, and document training for IT employees worldwide
    • Document & track skillsets of global IT personal
    • Document and track global IT vacancies and processes for their appointments in close
    coordination with local / global HR + hiring managers (global recruiting interface)
    • Track and report on global workforce planning and allocations (FTE and headcount).
    • Perform salary benchmarks
    • Local role (reporting to Romanian Head of HR)
    • Monitoring (local) team satisfaction, needs and results as well as their desires for
    professional development
    • Keep (local) team members close, helping them form a connection, work with HR and
    Global IT
    • Will provide support on team related administrative processes
