    A Snapshot of Your Day
     
    As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer you will act as a technical liaison between customers, internal IT departments and system integrator. You will provide updates on customer progress and ensuring execution by partners and you will collaborate with internal teams to define the internal infrastructure security road map.
     
     
    How you’ll make an impact
    • Implementation and development of necessary ITIL processes e.g. Incident Management to manage the services
    • Be end-to-end responsible for projects and services e.g. for Key Management
    • Act as Subject Matter Expert to the organization for Cloud security, including AWS, Azure, GCP and future providers, networking, provisioning and management
    • Perform risk assessments and security reviews to identify risks for Cloud systems and applications;
    • Define recommendations on best practices for cloud security and runtime protection
    • Implement security controls across different cloud service providers
    • Develop, configure and maintain a central key management solution
    • Create feedback loops to operational teams in order to reduce vulnerabilities being introduced into the cloud environment (DevOps and CloudOps teams)
    • Report on metrics for the effectiveness of the cloud security program
    • Be an advisor and consultant to technical teams on how to effectively secure cloud environments
     
    What you bring
    • 5 years or more of experience in design, building and maintaining cloud security systems
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills;
    • Ability to present and discuss complex technical information in a clear and understandable fashion to the leadership team
    • Proven architecture and service management skills according to ITIL practices
    • Deep understanding of multi-cloud and multi-account environments
    • Experience with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS service models
    • Demonstrated knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (VPCs, projects, firewalls, multi-tenancy, orchestration, elastic scalability, inter-cloud connectivity, security, high availability)
    • Knowledge about encryption methodologies and their appliance in cloud environments
    • Hands on experience with cloud native tools such as AWS Inspector, Config, Firewall, Cloud Armor (GCP, Azure, AWS)
    • Experience with industry-leading CI/CD tools (JFrog, Atlassian, Jenkins or similar)
    • Infrastructure as Code knowledge preferably TerraForm
    • Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical degree, or equivalent
    • Language skills: advanced level of English is required
    • One or more cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
