Job role
As part of the Controlling Operations Team , the Financial Controlling Expert Controlling will be in charge for projects approval & various reports based on need, having the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Evaluation of project approval requests on behalf of Finance/Controlling department:
- Support Finance’ assessment of project approval requests by e.g. in-depth financial analysis
- Support quality assurance of project master data in project management tool and SAP
- Other responsibilities:
- Responds to various queries related to the projects;
- Participating in the weekly meetings with all Financial Controller and taking notes in regards with the open projects and upcoming projects;
- Responsible to perform/create and maintain various reports(FTE Reporting) ;
- Approves project controllers role requests in the tool (GIAM);
Requirements
- Professional experience in Finance/ Controlling area (>1 year)
- University degree in Finance, Business, Management or comparable
- Solid knowledge of controlling tools ( SAP CO/OM, CO-PA, SAP BW/BO is beneficial)
- Profound skills in MS Office / SharePoint/ Excel beneficial
- Fluent in written and spoken English . German language skills would be a plus
