The best Sales Supports are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. They can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer support.
Experience as a Client Service Representative/Sales Support is a plus, but not required;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
Fluency in English is required as well as another language spoken at an advanced level such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, French, Russian or Hungarian.
Be responsible for managing and responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email and professionally resolve all situations related to our customers;
Liaise with the sales force to ensure strategical growth of the market;
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company’s guidelines as well as follow up to ensure resolution;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
Liaise with different departments within the company in both the Romanian and German offices, these are mostly: Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, Digital and Analytics and Purchasing to have a global view on the assigned market.
