    Requirements

    A B2B Market Responsible will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaint.

    Responsibilities

    Your Key Responsibilities

    Be responsible for managing and responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email and professionally resolve all situations related to our customers;

    Liaise with the sales force to ensure strategical growth of the market;

    Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;

    Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;

    Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company’s guidelines as well as follow up to ensure resolution;

    Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;

    Liaise with different departments within the company: Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, Digital and Analytics and Purchasing to have a global view on the assigned market.

    Your Profile

    Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;

    Excellent communication and presentation skills;

    Ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

    Fluency in English is required.

    Minimum 6 months of experience as a B2B Market Responsible or similar role.
