Senior Analyst Accounts Payable - Reporting

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES



This role is part of GBS ENA.

The role is responsible for preparing reports and analysis in an accurate and timely manner. The impact of the role is returning the budgets in the P&L account by performing GRIR clearing and engage with the responsible people to decrease the aged items.

Reports to: Accounts Payable Team Leader

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- Good command of English spoken and written
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to help, guide or explain things to others
- Proactive approach, constant focus on team success and development as a group
EU work permit is mandatory
- Align with company policies and procedures
- Degree in Finance or Accounting


BENEFICIAL

- 1+ year work experience in Finance / Accounting department is preferred
- Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy

- Performing reports and analysis in an accurate and timely manner, driving open items reduction
- Performing additional daily/weekly/monthly tasks as per agreed timelines
- Addressing ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines
- Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes
- Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
