    Cerinte

    As an HR Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Romania, You will be part of a dynamic team with enthusiastic and professional people guided by a "Can Do" attitude. You’ll work closely with the Team Leader & your colleagues in order to understand the requirements of the roles and to design a recruitment strategy.

    What will you do:

    Managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process for general medical assistants positions;
    Responsible for the entire mediation process of the candidates;
    Providing support in requesting and preparing the necessary documents for the relocation process (Romania - Italy);
    Identifying talents using multiple channels;
    Develop sourcing strategies for open roles, build relevant and diverse pipelines for future hiring needs;
    Posting job ads, checking applications forms and selecting suitable candidates for certain positions;
    Maintaining our database of potential and selected candidates updated;
    Scheduling interviews and following candidates through the whole recruitment process;
    Conducting interviews;
    Managing the feedback flow for all candidates involved in the recruitment process;

    Responsabilitati

    What makes you a good fit for the role:

    Min. 1 year of experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes for medical positions;
    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other relevant studies;
    Professionalism and people-oriented approach in conducting daily activities;
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
    Result-oriented with a "go-getting'' attitude;
    Great communication skills (both oral and written);
    Negotiation skills with a consultative approach;
    Team player - works well with others on the same projects;
    High level of responsibility;
    Advanced level of English;
