Procurement Senior Buyer with English

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.



What will you bring?
Good English language skills, written and conversational;
BPO Experience of 3 year minimum in Procurement operations;
Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience);
Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;
Team Handling Skills;

Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.
Nice to have & Trainable Skills:
Exposure to procurement operations;
Neutral Voice, Accent and call management;
Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.

Responsibilities:
Purchasing tasks from the receipt of the Purchase Requisition (PR) through to placing and acknowledging a Purchase Order (PO);
Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX/Contracts) expedites;
Manage exceptional transactions;
SLA & overall deliverables management;
Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality;
Maximizing usage of both group and local contracts;
Assisting to generate savings;
Optimization of stock;
Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;
Voice tasks 70%.
