    You will surprise us with some skills:

    • Experience in a similar position;
    • Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering;
    • French at an advanced level;
    • Catia, FEA, and mechanical engineering;
    • Knowledge of English would be a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    About our open position:

    • Providing technical assistance for users in France of specific computing applications.

    A typical day might include the following:

    • Assuring application technical support for end-users using email, phone, and online chat;
    • Providing support for FEA departments;
    • Ensuring application testing after updates or modifications;
    • Escalating to L2 the customer tech problems that can't be handled.
