• Master Diploma in Business, Economics, IT or similar;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• At least 6 years' experience in Project Management, or as a key user for a process;
• Experience in business processes Book to Report, Bill to Cash, Procure to Pay, Audit or Compliance;
• Solid Expertise in SAP processes and Data Security;
• Strong Internal Control System (ICS) knowledge;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Team oriented, able to delegate tasks and mentor team members in their tasks and activities;
• Experience in working in international teams;
• Ability to establish and maintain outstanding relation-ships with customers, (internal) vendors, co-workers and stakeholders;
• Flexibility, excellent problem solving capacity;
• Orientation on goals, initiative, self-driven;
• Willingness to travel (if needed for a project - no more then 10%).

As Senior Project Manager for IT projects in SAP you:

• Plans/Strategizes/Manages/Coordinates IT projects related to risk management and controls in commer-cial processes and SAP data;
• Identify, define and support implementing of use cases for automation of controls and user authoriza-tion review (incl. robotic process automation and data analytics);
• Manage IT application for automated controls incl. system monitoring and user guidance as well as steering of IT and operations support (incl. steering of contracted offshore support associates);
• Supports process owners and project managers in expert role for implementation of risk management and internal controls in digitized commercial pro-cesses (e.g. accounting, purchasing, payroll), esp. assess risks and validate measures for risk mitiga-tion to prevent loss due to error or fraud;
• Define, update and improve instructions for controls and related tools in assigned area of expertise; give consultation and trainings to operators and internal controls auditors.
