-Good knowledge of injection molding processes
- Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings,
- preferably experience as SQA engineer or Process engineer for injection molding,
- VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949 knowledge - it's a plus VDA auditor card,
- Fluent in English,
- Ability to work with teams from other functional areas,
- Knowledge of negotiating techniques.

- Support the Hella design department in case of material group requirements (Plastic parts);
- Identify potential improvements at suppliers using the material group knowhow and drive implementation together with the supplier;
- Plan, coordinate and conduct the process audits in accordance with current standards and track the suppliers audit action plan in agreement with the supervisor;
- Involvement and support in major complaints, Quality problems caused by suppliers
- Involvement in the annual supplier evaluation and quality target agreements with suppliers
- Support the evaluating of feasibility studies for critical components;
- Support Supplier Quality Assurance responsible for new projects in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) phase for new technologies, suppliers, processes in the project teams and at suppliers;
- Support Supplier Quality Assurance from the production plants in terms of technical aspects.
