As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Senior Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Requirements:

Good English language skills, written and conversational;
Minimum Bachelor Diploma;
Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;
Sourcing to Contract skills;
Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or Ariba or COUPA;
Legal Background required;
Procurement Operations/ Sourcing experience mandatory in either of the following categories:
- IT
- Indirect (Technical Assistance, Consulting/Communication, General Services)
- Industrial Services (Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, small work & project)
- Industrial Supplies (chemical, supplies, goods etc.)- included above.
- Logistics/Supply Chain/Transport resources
4+ year minimum BPO, Procurement Operations/PR-PO Process, Source to contract.
Nice to have & Trainable Skills:
Exposure to procurement operations and Sourcing/RFX management/ Contract Management;
Technology Exposure - SAP Ariba / COUPA / similar system, E-Sourcing;
Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;
Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the internal clients in formalizing/describing his/her RFX request / Scope of Work (context, needs, expectations, budget, deadlines etc.);
Client kick-off meeting (optional – depending on the category strategy and the strategic level of the request);
List of Supplier requested / Supplier sourcing;
RFX creation, publication, management and analysis;
RFX technical and commercial summary;
Supplier clarification / negotiation as required (oral and written);
RFX final selection;
Supplier notifications (verbal and written);
Contract administration / archiving in the required system(s);
Report the procurement savings into the Company dedicated tool;
End-user/Supplier query support;
Call for tenders including contract negotiations;
Non-Disclosure Agreement execution;
Proof agreement for electronic signature (completion and signature management);
Support to enhancing contract frameworks;
Drafting contracts from templates;
Supplier contract negotiation based on the category playbook and instructions from purchasing category;
Supplier contract due diligence (if needed);
Contract approvals and signatory;
Sourcing experience mandatory in either of the following categories:
- IT
- Indirect (Technical Assistance, Consulting/Communication, General Services)
- Industrial Services (Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, small work & project)
- Industrial Supplies (chemical, supplies, goods etc.)- included above.
- Logistics/Supply Chain/Transport resources
