Who you are:

• You have a university or technical college degree in electronics electrical engineering, mechanics or similar
• You have professional experience (>3 years) with personnel management and quality assurance activities

You would be a perfect match to our team if:

• You have the ability to synthesize and communicate with people from different hierarchical levels
• You have an efficient work style with very good coordination skills
• You are able to communicate and synthesize
• You have an open and cooperative personality enjoying intercultural experiences and working in international teams
• You are self-confident, willing to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken

The languages you should know:

• English - a good level is mandatory
• German - it is not mandatory, but it is an advantage

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• You will be planning, coordinating and participating in QA activities within the local organization
• You will define and monitor the QA Strategy suitable to the department is defined and followed.
• You will ensure the aligning of the QA activities with the partner organizations world wide
• You will be responsible for establishing an "Automotive Quality Mind-Set" within the development team
• You plan, coordinate and escalate the support for the development team in understanding and following the development processes
• You will be responsible of the coordination and tracking for the consolidation and monitoring of the quality KPIs within the department
• You plan and coordinate risk assessments and special releases, or in case of process deviations
• You will define and track individual quality improvement measures with the management team
• You will define, implement and track the goals and activities of the local QA team members
• You plan and participate in actions for needed hiring activities
