* Central interface for general customer requirements, customer KPIs and customer specific process requirements within SCM
* Monitor and publish customer KPIs per plant and customer
* Ensure complete registration of customer complaints (SCM) via the Continental Automotive locations
* Perform analysis of all customer complaints and set up improvement/CBS projects.
* Review of new/changed logistic contracts, requirements or documents with support of selected expert groups according to the defined process.
* Info plants about the right usage of customer logistic tools and portals
* Create and provide accordingly training material, if necessary perform training
* Handle questions and support requests from plants.
* Review new customer portals or applications about feasibility and impact to Continental Automotive and communicate accordingly to customer about implementation within Continental Automotive.
* Develop and create of procedures regarding customer requirements management, customer delivery performance and customer supply chains.
* Secure internal communication in regards of SCM aspects
* Perform plant visits/reviews to analyses processes in the plants towards customer satisfaction in SCM and develop improvement potential, identify benchmark solutions and potentially roll them out in the organization.

Essential Skills/Qualifications
* University degree (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) in Economics/Legal
* Relevant working experiences in supply chain management/ corporate customer services
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Good communication and analysis skills
* Customer orientation
* Office programs know-how (Excel, Powepoint, PowerBI)"
