- At least 3 years experience as business analyst or similar roles;
- Good knowledge in the area of software development processes;
- Knowledge of project management tools, processes and methods is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills;
- Experience with performance management applications a plus
- Excellent logic skills, problem solving abilities, and detail orientation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in an analytical discipline is a plus
- Good team player and proactive;
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken);

- Must have the ability to work within a formal development lifecycle, including project planning, requirements documentation, system documentation and test plans.
- Define and keep track of internal defined requirements for our home automation platform;
- Define and assign tasks on different projects;
- Communicate with our clients to ensure the requirements are clearly defined;
- Explain to clients the process of collecting and managing requirements;
- Keep track of progress on all projects and prepare status reports;
- Participating in and contributing during conceptual brainstorming sessions
