    Requirements

    With these skills, you are a great candidate:
    Expertise in working with metrics and presenting simplified and comprehensive insights to management levels.
    Previous experience of working in agile or a product-based team.
    Excellent stakeholder management skills –capable to define, present, articulate and influence on senior stakeholders.
    Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce waste.
    Prior experience in working with Azure DevOps / Jira would be an advantage.
    Prior experience in working with metrics is desirable.
    Experience in Agile Product roles using Agile methodologies such a Scrum or SAFe;
    Prior experience in tracking and reporting objectives and key results

    Responsibilities

    The Lean Portfolio Specialist will drive and support the Portfolio demand process aligning to the SAFe Lean Startup cycle: overseeing the portfolio backlog and ensuring that new EPIC’s have sufficient detail to be assessed and are aligned to strategic themes / value creation establishing new business cases, tracking new resources and maintain existing resourcing profiles where applicable.
