Vulnerability Analyst

With these skills you are a great candidate:
• Experience in identifying and reporting security vulnerabilities
• Experience with vulnerability detection tools (Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7, OpenVAS)
• Familiarity with web technologies and network protocols
• Understanding of the latest security principles
• Programming/scripting experience
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work individually or as a member of a team
• Strong analytical, functional, and technical communication skills, coordination capability, structured and organized

Your day to day:
The Vulnerability Analyst contributes to the vulnerability detection activities by running vulnerability scans and conducting vulnerability assessments. The Vulnerability Analysts give input to the remediation teams in order to strengthen the security posture of the organization.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments
• Develop and maintain automation scripts
• Provide industry-standard recommendations for addressing identified issues
• Produce reports highlighting data to senior management
