• Proven skills in BCM
• Demonstrable strong stakeholder management skills
• Courage to ‘stand up and be counted’ even when view is unpopular at a more senior level
• Ability to analyse complex information and identify key and relevant points, including communicating in a relevant and easy to understand manner.
• Experience in BCM operational areas of an organisation and clear empathy for the operational challenges in the service industry
• Working knowledge and experience of adhering to ISO22301”
• High level of IT skills with interest in software usage
• Crisis management experience

• Assist the Group Senior Business Resilience Manager in the delivery of Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in BCM in the delivery of a robust Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and business continuity activities.
• Support all Group Services in embedding BCM as an integral part of day-to-day management and decision-making processes within BCMS framework.
• Provide regular reporting to Senior Security Policy and Assurance Manager on the status of compliance against the Group Vodafone Business Continuity Management Policy and the delivery of BCM activities.
• Liaise with Group Technology to identify existing risks, gaps, set appropriate recovery strategy and convey business expectations.
• Assess Business Continuity requirements for the new products and services delivered by Group to identify gaps and deficiencies to be addressed before go-live
