Sales Coordinator Directed Parts

Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable studies with at least 4 years of professional experience in operative sales and/or customer interaction.
-You have sales skills, especially in conducting negotiations, and communicate confidently and convincingly across different hierarchical levels.
-A high degree of understanding of both the customer and automotive supplier perspective, service and solution-oriented thinking.
-Business fluent in English language. German language at least at medium level is preferable.
-Responsible for managing Directed Parts Sales Business (Tier-1 customers) for specific customer groups from Nomination until End of Production.
-Manage all customer interactions and lead customer (Tier-1) negotiations e.g. on project specific quotations (focus mainly on Logistics, Packaging) and other commercial contracts.
-Steer your business wisely and proactively. Based on status reports you can derive tailor-made measures to positively influence your set of key KPIs.
-Ensure that all activities run smoothly and identify and support continuous improvement initiatives / measures.
-Organize & structure your business proactively and maintain operational data in Hella specific tools.
-Get operational road blockers solved. If critical cases arise, you know to properly escalate / involve management.
-Establish and maintain a close network with operational Sales Department(s), Logistic, Controlling, Production Plants, Program Management, Finance etc.
