Plant Controller

-University degree in Economics;
-2-3 years of professional experience in a multinational company in Controlling or Asset Accounting;
-Ability to work autonomously when required;
-Team player;
-Interpersonal and communication skills;
-Problem-solving attitude;
-Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular);
-Advanced English.

-You are the business consultant for the Plant Controlling Team located in Ghiroda;
-Supporting the local Operations Management in all relevant economical activities;
-Advise and train the responsible mangers in any cost wise matters;
-Responsible for preparing and supporting month end closing activities. Analyze budget/forecast vs. actual deviations, report significant deviations to management;
-Quarterly and yearly closing reports and comments. Indicate possibility of improvement;
-Main driver in your area for Planning and forecasting the field of responsibility.
-Highlight risk & opportunities;
-Tacking responsibility for the reliability of all economic KPI`s of the organizational unit and its measures;
-Present the KPI`s and financial results to the responsible managers or parties.
-Responsible for the correctness and reliability of the financial reports in your area;
-Coordinate and carry out investment and economic feasibility calculations.
