• University/College Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Audit, Controlling or Finance;
• Good understanding of accounting processes;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Very good MS Office user knowledge (particularly Excel);
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP Systems;
• Reliable, independent, team-oriented, able to work in an international environment;

Nice to have:

• Spanish language skills would be an advantage;

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for our Controlling Process Excellence team in Cluj.

The CPE team is part of the central department in Germany, that supports with financial planning and controlling operations (Planned production costs, estimation cost for future products, investment calculation, reporting, forecasting and ad hoc reports etc.), being also involved in the development and improvement of existing controlling processes.

In your role you will:

• Calculate standard production cost for series production;
• Act as a Business Analyst in Financial controlling for Bosch entity in off-site location (Spain, Germany, China, India, Japan, etc.);
• Involved in all necessary steps in period end closing, be able to confirm the result of the period and prepare all or part of the reporting package (Scrap, Material Cost, Logistic costs, Personnel, KPI etc).;
• Monitor and follow-up on the P&L and/or reports made to the Bosch Plant controlling department (Actuals vs. Forecasts/Budget);
• Perform variance analysis, investigate deviations and support budget owners with their budget overviews;
• Support the planning process, calculate and prepare Budget/Forecast reports;
• Make ad-hoc analysis/ cost scenarios to support and increase efficiency of the operational activities;
• Stocks weekly reporting and follow-up.
