    -Experiences in recharging / transfer pricing for IT services;
    -Design of group internal IT Service catalogues (Service Level Agreements – “SLA”);
    -Pronounced ability to communicate in English language (in word, in writing and in contracting);
    -Advance excel skills.


    Duties and responsibilities of the job:
    -Support definition and agreement of IT Service Level Agreements;
    -Support operation of regular service charging within HELLA group;
    -Support of IT approval and ordering processes;
    -Support internal license compliance reporting and audits;
    -Coordinating the continues improvement initiatives of the team.

    -Team minded. Experienced in working together with worldwide distributed / international teams
