-Managing and coordinating joint compliance-related topics, projects, initiatives, notably across the Central Compliance Departments.
-Preparing the reporting to the Management Board, Supervisory Board (audit committee) and other stakeholders regarding activities of the Compliance Office.
-Contributing to or steering the meetings of the heads of the Central Compliance Departments, the Compliance Board and the Compliance Officers/Agents.
-Managing proper overall documentation of the incident management in the tell US! administrative portal (incident register) including exercising leadership towards investigating departments/case handlers (in terms of complying with the requirements of the incident guideline/process/documentation).
