    Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
    3-5 years experience in a similar role;
    Ability to work and communicate with senior management;
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    Ability to efficiently communicate and share knowledge with both technical and non-technical people;
    Understand the workflow and process requirements of business units related to the application;
    Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener and work well with a diverse group of customers and IT;
    Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering
    complex applications;
    Excellent problem solving/analytical skills, knowledge of analytical tools, and complex troubleshooting methods;
    Ability to work through ambiguous work situations;
    Hands‐on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and
    Self‐motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative;
    Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment;
    Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.


    Ensures business requirements are properly covered by application functionalities;
    Be a Power User for the applications. Have in depth knowledge of advanced functionalities and posses the desire to make the most intensive use of the apps;
    Ensures user adoption of the applications;
    Identify all the relevant business scenarios and ensures they are implemented in the applications;
    Identify unsupported business scenarios and provide solution for them or, if case, escalate to IT Dept;
    Test the applications from the business perspective – elaborates a testing plan;
    Be an ambassador for Tech using in the organization and provide constant training;
    Ensure that the application serves its intended purpose and delivers value to the business;
    Help the organization adopt the applications as smooth as possible;
    Analyze and resolve problems according to internal priorities, time frames and resources;
    Provide constant training in utilizing the applications for all users;
    Collaborate with IT Dept members to customize and configure the applications – act as a subject matter expert of the applications;
    Be accountable for the quality, timeliness, and delivery of your own work on the platform.
    Identify risks within the scope of the business requirements, formulate recommended course of action and communicate to project leadership, and work under guidance towards their resolution;
    Clearly communicate technical responses to users ensuring the understanding of the steps needed for the resolution;
    Manage incidents and errors that occur in applications, along with users, if necessary;
    Test the changes or improvements done by the application developers with the responsible business departments;
    Provide support in functionality and acceptance testing during the implementation of application and platforms;
    Identify and propose corrective solutions to problems that occur in internal business applications;
    Collaborate with all teams in the IT department to resolve possible incidents and errors in production environments;
    Proactively monitor the applications, provide and advise on solutions that prevent or minimize customer impact.
