    We are looking for a Business Development Manager for HyperX Peripherals Sales. If you are a high-energy and experienced professional with a proven track record of managing consumer electronic or hardware products in Romania, Bulgaria, or Hungary, we want to hear from you. This position requires close working relationships with relevant stakeholders to drive revenue for the company through growth in the region market. The role requires a strong knowledge of the consumer electronic landscape and ideally good experience working inside the gaming ecosystem.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of customers and partners.
    • Develop key accounts into strategic partners, and drive sustaining revenue, market share growth and product footprint in the defined retailers (online/offline) and direct partners.
    • Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders and local teams on a regular basis.
    • Develop and implement customer and partner specific growth plans.
    • Work closely with ecosystem partners (Publishers, Hardware partners, Console companies) to build and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and place HyperX as the Gamers’ first choice.
    • Define, drive and communicate retail strategy for products and partners of the retail segment
    • Perform account management tasks including forecasting, sell out analysis, identifying promo opportunities, regular reporting
    • Manage necessary budgets, allowances, marketing funds, rebates, prices and inventories within assigned accounts to ensure accounts remain profitable for HyperX. Profit targets will be agreed with your manager for your specific accounts
    • Leverage your experience, industry best practices and supporting technologies to develop new and build existing customers
    • Maintain a good knowledge of our products and our competitors. Be aware of any competitor promotional activities. Ensure our products are presented in the best way in-store and on-line
    • Keep up to date with industry trends, technical changes, pricing, and channel evolution in order to become an expert in your field.
    • Attend regular customer meetings, events and trade shows.
    • Participate in relevant weekly/monthly and QBR meetings.
    • Work with the Gaming Cafes, gaming teams and local influencers where they are important in order to increase brand awareness, visibility, marketing opportunities and sales.
    • To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
    Education and Experience Required:
    • At least Bachelor’s degree, Advanced University degree preferable
    • At least 5+ years in the IT/Consumer electronic market, Sales or Business Development.
    • Proven record of exceeding performance targets.

    • Ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Car driver with a clean license
    • Able to travel throughout the countries within the region on a regular basis (~30% of the time)
