    • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on medium - large scope projects
    • At least 3 years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Access)
    • Ideally, at least 2 years working experience with HR tools (ex: Peoplesoft HCM, Charisma, Neocase)
    • Ideally, previous experience as a business analyst on projects / applications using Big Data technologies
    • Agile methodology knowledge and experience (it’s a plus)
    • University studies completed (Bachelor and/or master’s degree), preferable in IT or Economics
    • B2 in English, B2 in French


    • As a Business Analyst, you will ensure the link between the company's IT technology and its business and operational objectives
    • You will help the business to implement technical solutions by determining the requirements of a project/program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and partners
    • Research, analyze and evaluate requirements for enhancing the existing or for developing new IT applications and operating systems, design, develop, test and maintain software solutions to meet these requirements
    • Define and document the functions and business processes of the client
    • Analyze the feasibility and elaborate the requirements for new systems or evolutions of the existing systems
    • Define training material and organize training sessions if needed for the tools in the team’s perimeter
    • Recommend solutions for implementation, in collaboration with other internal actors
    • Coordinate and contribute to UAT tests
    • Manage complex tool issues, identifies possible improvements in the tools, processes or procedures and participates in their implementation, most of the times working with different teams from HR or IT departments
    • Specifically, you will contribute to projects / evolutions in HR tools such as SG4U, HR Gate and HR Data
