Previous experience in Customer Support/Client Service;
Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to deadlines;
Very good English & German language skills;
Good knowledge of MS office;
Experience in SAP systems preferable;
Studies in the field of accounting, finance and economics are a plus.

Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments;
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments;
Process payments and refunds;
Performing basic reports and preparing account reconciliations;
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status;
Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
