Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience as account receivables/payables clerk, experience in
automotive is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI, proficient use of Excel and other office applications
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Speaks fluently in English and basic knowledge in German

• Processing of transactions in the field of accounts receivable, posting of invoices and credit notes received per EDI, dunnings
• Review, record, and post all types of incoming invoices as well as monitor and processing of related payment transactions
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable/payable and open item maintenance as well as
processing of intercompany reconciliations
• Posting of cash and credit card statements
• Travel expense reports
• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
