Sales Manager for User Experience for German OEM (TM)

* Leads price, claim or contract negotiations from and towards customers within defined parameters for Change Management;
* Identify and prepare relevant customer strategy considering business environment and target setting for sales;
* Maintain business partner relationship on comparable level;
* Responsible for review and approval of activities related to the internal acquisition process from an administration point of view;
* Responsible for execution and handling of Customer related external and internal reporting tools;
* Support of preparation of quotation package to customer concerning samples (Quotation phase);
* Check of sample planning with respect to quotation on behalf of the Project Manager.


* Bachelor Degree;
* Very good organization skills;
* Good knowledge of MS-Office Suite;
* Business fluent English skills (spoken and written). German language would be a plus;
* Clear competence in communication, assertiveness and organizational skills;
* High motivation, flexibility and intercultural skills;
* Willingness to travel also regarding international business trips;
* Experience in working in a sales function in automotive industry;
* Negotiation skills and experience in an automotive OEM first tier relationship.
