Sustainability Environmental Protection Internship (TM)

The IMDS (International Material Data System) is the automobile industry's material data system. In the IMDS, all materials present in finished automobile manufacturing are collected, maintained, analyzed and archived. IMDS facilitates meeting the obligations placed on automobile manufacturers, and thus on their suppliers, by national and international standards, laws and regulations. Suppliers in the automotive supply chain record material data into IMDS system. Every part in every car produced by every participating auto manufacturer will have an entry on the database listing size, weight, and materials, and customers are able to follow parts back to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) all the way up to the supplier. Do you want to be a Quality Intern for IMDS team? These should spark your interest:

* IMDS data management, checking accordingly to European and International regulations;
* Performing SAP tasks as maintenance user, for small /medium complexity projects: submitting of new products and parts, creation of documents and material numbers, checking and classifying documents, creation of product structure;
* Perform projects support tasks (eg. specific reports, collecting project data, prototypes build support etc.), based on request and to offer support for all the involved roles in material reporting worldwide;
* Create/maintain project/team documentation, based on request;
* Create training materials and provide trainings for SAP/MDSs local or worldwide locations;
* Perform mentoring for co-workers, locally or worldwide;
* Respects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the company.

This is what it takes to be a successful Quality Intern for IMDS team:

* University studies on going in chemistry, material sciences, environmental engineering or equivalent;
* Basic technical understanding;
* Good PC skills (MS Office);
* Knowledge of SAP PDM is a plus;
* English knowledge - advanced level;
* German knowledge - is a plus;
* Very organized, sociable and team player spirit;
* Self motivated and dedicated person, with a high level of responsibility for the work quality.
