What will you do:

• Supporting the organization for budget preparation, analysis of Actual vs Budget, ad-hoc Analysis;
• Active participation and support during rolling forecast process, Transfer Price campaign, Year-end closing for the countries from South Eastern Europe;
• Work on transversal finance/digitization projects across South East Europe region;
• Support transformation initiatives in the phase of data collection, consolidation and analysis.

• Fresh Graduate or Enrolled a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Related Field
• Solid knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Nice to have – experience in other finance areas gain in interhship
• Digitally Savvy (because you will work in SAP, HFM Oracle, and other analytics/finance/digital tools)
• Fast learner, ready to work in the multi-country environment, flexibility for ad hoc requests from multiple stakeholders
• Able to identify issues/challenges, think out of the box and to take initiatives to manage the issue resolution process
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines, in a changing environment

• Paid internship program for 6 months, with the possibility of extension
• Program: 6 hours/day
