Essential skills / qualifications / qualities:
• Solid background in data migration / conversion role
• Experience in SQL Server Management Studio/Transact-SQL
• Impeccable eye for detail

Desirable qualities:
• Flexible approach to software migration projects, with multi-tasking capabilities
• Experience gained within legal or practice management systems
• Knowledge of Openedge 4GL / Progress programming
• Legal accounts knowledge
• Understanding of Project Management principles, as the role includes being actively involved at all stages of multiple project lifecycles, including face to face client meetings

• An enthusiastic and motivated individual, with strong overall IT skills
• Confident communicator with all levels of users, whether they are IT specialists or newer to IT solutions
• Meticulous about your work, with a professional approach and attention to details
• Able to plan, prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Team player, hands-on, with a can-do mentality, focused on building and maintain positive internal relationships
• Proficient in English
