    As a Team Leader you will be part of the Financial Performance Management Team within Finance business line.


    Specifically, you will be required to:

    - Coordinate and allocate production tasks;
    - Assure the operational supervision of the tasks Transversal: Reporting, Risk, Partners Relationship, Continuous Improvement and Client Invoicing;
    - Hold daily/weekly meetings with the team;
    - Ensure clients & partners (including auditors) requests are addressed;
    - Participate to solve team`s issues and raise alerts to the Management if any alert;
    - Be the first level of escalation for the team and the first point of contact for our partners;
    - Animate and follow action plan implementations;
    - Insure that internal, security and confidentiality rules are respected by the staff;
    - Anticipate, monitor and declare any operational risk events;
    - Conduct individual performance review for the team members;
    - Be a transformation agent by helping the team to improve processes and sharing best practices with collaterals.

    Other info


    - Good experience in management accounting and financial controlling ;
    - Microsoft Office great knowledge, especially Excel and Power Point; Power BI nice to have;
    - Advanced French and English speaker;
    - Ability to analyze new situations, decision making and/or problem solving skills;
    - Self triggered, organized and focus on deadlines, results oriented;
    - Previous exposure to PTP/FPR/Accounting processes is nice to have;
    - Proven experience in driving significant improvement projects (CI certifications are nice to have).
