    Requirements

    As a well-rounded Commercial Relationship Specialist, your skills and experience will include:
    • Good communication skills
    • Good presentation skills
    • The ability to effectively prioritise own workload
    • The ability to recognise the impact of decisions on ours and customers businesses
    • Accurate, dynamic and tenacious
    • Confident and pro-active with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience with Microsoft office products
    • Enthusiasm in busy periods and ability to ‘step up’/work in a team.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct initial reviews of customers change requests and Informing customer of our decision by email
    • Deal with customer queries arising from changes made to their licence entitlements and ongoing fees
    • Help drive the delivery of the yearly plan for the Commercial Team.
