    KYOCERA AVX Components (Timisoara) SRL provides comprehensive sensing and control solutions, for critical transportation applications, with more than 30 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
    We produce a wide range of electronic components for the automotive industry, such as:
    - acceleration pedals,
    - sensors (fluid temperature, level and pressure etc.),
    - LED technology modules,
    - electronic actuators
    - circuit boards.
    We have around 500 employees. We are active in Romania since 2012.

    Cerinte

    Proven work experience as a IT Services Engineer or Technical Support field (3 to 5+ years);
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
    Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and process execution;
    Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, Enterprise anti-virus solutions and PC hardware installation and troubleshooting;
    Experience with tools for User management, software deployment, Operating System deployment;
    English language is a must – as you will work in a Regional team;
    Basic network and servers knowledge;
    Accuracy with work, strong organizational skills and attention to details
    Strong customer focus and ability to solve complex HW and SW issues;

    Responsabilitati

    Provide excellent IT support to local and remote employees by promptly responding and troubleshooting user IT requests
    Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, multifunctional devices, HW and SW for employees, including preventive maintenance tasks;
    Provide new hires with basic introduction of HW, SW and network resources
    Troubleshooting HW and SW issues and follow-up until they are solved
    Manage site company’s IT assets and assist with hardware and software procurement
    IT site coordinator, collaborate with site departments and bridge/interface between Business and IT

    The role is a member of the Global IT Operations Team and report directly to the Regional Desktop Services Manager Europe.
    Our task is not just a simple “keep the lights on” but to continuously improve the IT Operations on global level.
    At KYOCERA AVX the IT Desktop Services department is the bridge between IT and Business and the first point of contact to the employees regarding hardware and software tasks. You are the specialist to troubleshooting IT technical issues, your tasks are to diagnose where the problem is and implement a solution or involve the appropriate IT Team to solve it together.
