GTS Customs and Foreign Trade - IT Consultant

Your role in our team: 

• Your tasks as an IT Consultant - GTS Customs and Foreign Trade include the international support and consulting of group customers in the area of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
• You will actively work with the Heraeus business of logistics and compliance relevant business transactions. 
• You are also responsible for the analysis, optimization and further development of SAP GTS functions through global projects.
• You are responsible for the support of the implemented solutions in the context of change and incident management as 3rd level support.
• Furthermore, the independent conceptualization and customization of SAP standard solutions as well as the extension of the standard functionality through workbench options is part of your field of activity.

• Successfully completed university studies, preferably in computer science, business administration or a comparable field of study.
• At least three years of professional experience as an SAP GTS consultant
• Good knowledge of the SAP Global Trade Services application in at least four of the components used: ATLAS import/export, sanctions list check, embargo processing, legal control, tariffication, preference calculation
• Knowledge of SAP Workbench and integration with SAP ERP business processes
• Ideally experience in technical integration with Seeburger and preferably GTS certified
• Pleasure in working in a team combined with a professional customer orientation as well as a self-dependent and committed way of working
