To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst (MES / Shopfloor Management Software Deployment) located in Timisoara, Romania.

Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, the Business Systems Analyst role involves visiting internal and external customer sites in the EMEA region and analyzing requirements in terms of MESPro.

What a typical day looks like:

You will Visit internal and external customer sites in the EMEA region
Analyze requirements in terms of MESPro
Create functional and technical specifications to guide current and future developments
Will stay in regular contact with the project managers and colleagues (on-site and remotely)
Work together and coordinating with stakeholders
Prioritize tasks and independently working on problems

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Extensive proven track record working with electronic interface/interchange/signaling topics
Communication (facilitation skills and very mature communication skills to be able to communicate to all levels in the organization)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills in English
Working with MS windows environments (Windows Server, etc.)
Knowledge of manufacturing production process (plastic injection, metal stamping, assembly, etc.)
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time efficiently is essential
Appreciation of lean management rules and how they can impact positively the business development cycle
Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Readiness to travel (up to 50% around EMEA).
