    To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Recruitment Coordinator located in Timisoara.

    What a typical day looks like:

    You will coordinate the activities of the Recruiters assigned to recruit blue collar positions;
    Will manage, implement, and monitor the recruitment and selection strategy;
    Coordinate, prepare and monitor the completion of all necessary documents within the recruitment and selection process, according to Flex procedures;
    Manages the relationship with recruitment agencies and temporary employment agencies;
    Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs;
    Fill the assigned vacant positions (Blue collars) by utilizing job boards, referrals and exhaust all means of sourcing to find suitable talent;
    Become a recruiting advisor for all the Hiring managers with whom you'll work with;
    Advise HR hiring managers on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skill set, feedback from market, etc).

    Responsabilitati

    The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

    Solid end - to – end recruitment experience from searching, attracting, and managing the candidate though the whole journey and provide a great candidate experience;
    Fluency in English is a must;
    Able to coach and lead a team of recruiters and to perform a Business Partner role for all stakeholders involved in recruiting;
    Strong sense of initiative and independent problem-solving;
    Solid knowledge of MS Office
    Previous experience in recruiting;
    Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
